Overview

The tower runs 70 storeys, with 80,000 square feet of amenities reserved for its 195 residences alone. Every home faces east toward Biscayne Bay, with floor-to-ceiling glass and a terrace with a summer kitchen. Ytech is the developer; Arquitectonica drew the tower and ACPV Architects, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, drew the interiors.

Ceilings start at 11 feet and reach 30 feet in some residences. Homes run 1,800 to 4,000 square feet with two to four bedrooms plus a den, and the penthouse collection runs 4,000 to 10,000. More than 500 photovoltaic glass panels cover the west façade, over 20,000 square feet of glass that will supply part of the building's power.

Prices start at $3,000,000, and the developer publishes no ceiling for the penthouse collection. The deposit schedule is 30% at contract, 10% at top-off and 60% at closing in 2027. Before you write an offer, we pull the current price list from the sales team and read the deposit schedule with you.

Where exactly does it stand?

1428 Brickell Avenue

The tower stands at 1428 Brickell Avenue, less than two blocks from the waterfront and within walking distance of Brickell's restaurants and shops. A guarded gatehouse and a porte-cochère sit behind a tropical garden at the base of the building. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is a short drive north, in the downtown cultural district. The rooftop pool is on level 70, 850 feet above the street.
