Each purchase includes a furniture package specified by the developer, down to the king bed and the outdoor table. Appliances and fixtures come from Miele, Waterworks and Grohe. The pool is infinity-edge, and the sky bar and owners' lounge sit at the top with a catering kitchen. The deck carries a pickleball court with seating, a dog run and a kids' club with its own gym.

Prices run from $760,000 to $2,000,000, as the developer publishes them. Phase one is sold out, and five residences are listed as open. The deposit schedule takes 10% at contract, 10% in September or October, 10% in June 2027 and 70% at the 2028 closing. The contract carries no escalation clause. Delivery is estimated for the first quarter of 2028, and we confirm the current price with the sales office before you offer.
