Forty-one storeys stand at 525 NW 2nd Avenue, with the residences beginning on the 22nd floor. The 306 homes are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, delivered finished and furnished. ODP Architecture drew the tower, and One Line Design Studio handled the interiors. The John Buck Company develops it with Florida Value Partners, BH Group and PEBB Enterprises.

Studios run 394 to 475 square feet, and the two-bedroom plans reach 1,046 square feet. Ceilings go up to 9 feet behind floor-to-ceiling glass. Kitchens carry integrated Bosch appliances over quartz counters, and every residence has a washer and dryer. Level 22 holds the resident lounge, the co-working offices with phone pods, the fitness center and a spa with sauna and cold plunge. The rooftop carries a resort-style pool and the sky lounge bar.

Prices open at $500,000, and the developer has published no ceiling. Seventeen residences are open this week, and delivery is estimated for the first quarter of 2027. Deposits run 20% at contract, 10% at groundbreaking, 10% at completion of the podium, 10% at top-off, and 50% at closing.
