Eighty storeys rise behind a curved, cascading glass façade at 1421 South Miami Avenue. The 397 residences run from one bedroom plus den to four bedrooms. Cipriani, whose service standards date to Harry's Bar in 1931, runs the restaurant and the in-home dining.

Interiors start at 1,194 square feet and pass 3,495 in the largest plans. Terraces run from 757 square feet to more than 1,053. Ceilings are 10 feet, and every residence opens to a terrace from the living room and the primary bedroom. The wellness centre takes four levels, and the speakeasy is on the 37th floor.

Prices run from $1,753,900 to $8,000,000. Seven of the 397 residences are still open, and the developer reports the project over 70% sold. The deposit schedule takes 20% at contract, 10% at 90 days and 10% at the summer 2026 top-off. The remaining 60% falls at the summer 2027 closing.
