Twelve storeys hold 174 residences, one to three bedrooms, and every one is finished and furnished by RH. The unit mix is published: 50 one-bedrooms, 8 with a den, 100 two-bedrooms and 16 three-bedrooms. Interiors run from 662 to 1,461 square feet, measured to the outside face of the exterior walls. Alta Developers is building it, and Behar Font & Partners drew the architecture.

The amenity floor covers over an acre, indoors and out. The wellness spa holds an indoor pool, a steam room, a dry sauna and treatment rooms. The rooftop pool sits above it, with cabanas and a summer kitchen. IDDI designed the shared rooms; RH Contract designed the residences.

Prices run from $822,000 to $1,800,000, and the developer's April 2025 sheet starts the one-bedrooms at $823,000. Deposits are 10% at contract, 10% at 60 days, 10% at 120 days, and the 70% balance at closing. The condominium documents allow short-term rentals with a three-day minimum.
