The Panoramic Residences run from floor 3 to floor 56, with 10-foot ceilings and terraces up to 11 feet deep. The flow-through plan gives each home the bay to the east and the sunset to the west. Penthouses take floors 57 to 59, at 2,930 to 3,289 square feet, with 12-foot ceilings and a garage vault for three cars. The amenity floor covers more than two acres, with tennis, paddle and basketball courts.

The south tower is finished and sold out. Fifteen residences remain in the north tower, priced from $1,917,000, with delivery estimated for the summer of 2026. The north tower deposit is 20%, held until closing. Leases run three months minimum, four times a year.
